This is such a lovely tattoo shop! Everyone is extremely talented and incredibly kind. I've been fortunate enough to receive two tattoos from Mason and one from Kenny, and all of them have been excellent in quality and tattoo experience. Rabble Rouser is a 10 outta 10!

This shop is very clean and professional. Staff are quite friendly! Great for a first time tattoo. Their online website is very nice, you can browse through each artist's work and see which style best fits your aspirations.
You can schedule a free virtual consultation and book an appointment if you decide to move forward.
Prices are pretty reasonable! I got a tattoo on my forearm that took around an hour, and it was $180.
Kenny Takar was my tattoo artist, he's great! Definitely pays a lot of attention to detail and goes for perfection, which I appreciate.
Definitely check this place out!

I love Rabble Rouser! My boyfriend and I have been coming here regularly for our tattoos, both for walk-ins and appointments. I’ve been tattooed by both Kenny and Luis and I’ve never once been let down. All of the artists that I’ve encountered in my visits are so nice and welcoming and the overall environment of the place is great. Come here! You won’t regret it :)

I've now gotten two tattoos here, a cover-up by Kenny and a quarter sleeve by Alayna. Both did incredibly beautiful custom work and were thoughtful and responsive when I requested tweaks to get the designs just how I wanted. They were also incredibly cool and fun to chat with while they worked--important consideration when you're spending 6+ hours one-on-one with someone! Will definitely be back for my next tattoo(s)--I'm hooked!

I've been going to this shop for about 2 years now. I've had the pleasure to be tattooed by Paul (the owner), Kenny, Jessie, Adam and now West. Always friendly, always a very welcoming environment. Very clean as well. I would recommend for sure.

Clean, professional and inviting tattoo shop. Got two outstanding tattoos with the master Kenny Takar, and had an amazing experience at the shop. Everyone was very friendly, every workstation well equipped and even the decor was on point. More importantly, I left with two super clean tattoos and couldn’t be happier with them. Very exciting to see such a great shop in LA. Will be returning here as soon as I can!

My friend and I flew into LA and had to go straight to the shop for our appointments. They were so understanding and helpful when it came to us having to bring our luggage with us. Kenny was our artist and he is amazing! His work is absolutely stunning and I can't wait for my tattoo to fully heal. If I am ever in LA again and looking for another tattoo I will go back to Rabble Rouser and recommend them to anyone who lives in or are visiting California

My tattoo artist, the young spunky Kenny made my first time experience a truly unforgettable one.
Upon arrival I was a bit unsure of exactly how I wanted my tattoo to turn out, whether to get it colored or have it done in classical black(which I ended up doing).
I was super nervous but Kenny was very patient with me and allowed me to make up my mind. I booked the latest appointment-- which was at 10:30 at night.
Kenny had the energy and charisma to encourage me to get the tat--which was in honor of a grandparent.
I am so happy with the result and think about it all the time; both the tattoo and the experience.
Kenny is a kind kid, great conversationalist and a talented and experienced tattoo artist
Best night ever that time in July of last year was.
